They're no sugarplums...
My dad sent me a link to the best website EVER yesterday: ElfYourself.com. It's so much fun. You load in pictures of heads and they get put on elf bodies and dance. I spent a substantial part of the day loading in pets' and friends' heads.
Here's one that I made of Alice, my parents' dogs, and one of their cats:
